MICHIGAN REPTILE SHOW

.Vendors shall hold Michigan reptile show, the show coordinators, staff, harmless from all claims beyond the price of the table rental. The expo staff reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any vendor not in compliance with the above show regulations without refund of table rental fee. Vendors assume full responsibility for all animals brought to the show, and any injuries caused by animals brought by a vendor are the sole responsibility and liability of that vendor

The show hours are from Saturday 10am to 4pm

Exhibitor set-up is Friday 2pm to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 9:45.

The show hours are from 10am to 4pm Saturday vendors must stay until 4pm or you will not have tables for future shows.

Table prices are $40.00 for one day and must be paid in full before the day of the show. There will be a extra $10.00 fee if paid the day of the show.

One vendor passes per table all others will be charged admission.

Any and all cancelation must be made 15 days before show date to be eligible to be used for future dates or events. There will be no refunds for cancellations or no shows.

All sales must be conducted in the show area no parking lot sales of any kind will be tolerated.

All animals must have proper caging.

All animals must be sold in secure containers or bags. No "loose" animals, please!

Vendors are expected to leave the area as clean as you received it.

All Exhibitors are responsible for all state and federal laws concerning but not limited to taxes, permits, licensing, transportation, importation, exportation, sales, etc.

No federally endangered, threatened, or Michigan native Reptiles may be sold.

No Crocodilians- display or sale (city law)

No venomous reptiles(city law)

Each exhibitor is expected to create a professional, attractive display area in their space.

It is mandatory that Vendors must have a tablecloth to cover all their tables.

Exhibitors who choose to remove animals from their enclosures or allow guests to handle their animals are responsible for maintaining control of the animals at all time. Each exhibitor is exclusively liable for any damage to property or personal injury resulting from handling of their live animals on the host facility premises.

No advertisement for other events [reptile shows] are permitted .

No karts are not to be used in the show area from 10am - 4pm (safety reasons)
